Salon International tickets are issued on behalf of the organisation responsible for the performance or event and is subject to the following Terms and Conditions, together with all other statements or directives shown on the ticket.
Customers should note that ticketSOUP.com™ tickets are sold by Scottish Exhibition Centre Ltd, a company incorporated in Scotland registered number SC082081 (VAT number 382 9555 12) and having its registered office at Scottish Exhibition & Conference Centre, Glasgow G3 8YW trading as ticketSOUP.com™ (“ticketSOUP.com™”), as agent for the organisation responsible for the event (the Event Promoter).
Details of the identity of the Event Promoter are made available on the front of the ticket where reasonable to do so, otherwise details are available on request from the Box Office.
Ticket Issues
Salon International tickets are issued subject to the Rules and Regulations of the venue as set out on this ticket all of which will apply unless otherwise specified by the venue and, where applicable, the Event Promoter.
Tickets will be sent by post unless ticketSOUP.com™ informs you otherwise.
Please take special care of your tickets as tickets cannot be replaced.
Tickets cannot be returned to the Box Office after purchase, unless the event is cancelled or if there is a significant change to the headline act.
If an event is moved to another date, ticketSOUP.com™ as agent for the Event Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to notify all customers who purchased tickets from Ticketsoup.com™ by telephone, email or in writing (using the details provided at the time of order) and advise on the validity of the tickets for the rescheduled event. Tickets will usually remain valid and refund requests will usually be accepted up until 1 week prior to the revised date, or 3 days after notification of the change (whichever is the later) unless otherwise notified, as instructed by the Event Promoter. In the event of a date change at short notice (within 1 week of the event) ticketSOUP.com™ as agent for the Event Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to notify customers who purchased tickets from ticketSOUP.com™ of the conditions that apply and if these are not acceptable, offer a refund as instructed by the Event Promoter.
If the tickets are returned to ticketSOUP.com™ as “addressee unknown”, the Event Promoter reserves the right to cancel the order.
Customers are advised to check their tickets upon receipt.
A ticket is valid for one admission only. Removal of the stub invalidates the ticket.
Admission Restrictions
The venue management reserves the right to refuse admission or to eject customers in reasonable circumstances (for example taking health and safety, environmental and security concerns into account), and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of customers. Customers should note that they may be refused entry or ejected from the venue on account of being (or appearing to be) under age (where relevant), abusive, threatening, or drunken, declining to be searched, carrying offensive weapons or illegal substances or for any other anti-social behaviour. No refunds will be offered to customers who are refused entry or ejected in such circumstances.
Children under 12 years of age are not permitted into the show, nor are babes in arms or in pushchairs.
No cans, bottles, alcohol or food to be taken into the venue. Only food and drink purchased on the premises may be consumed in the venue.
No cameras or video or audio recording equipment are permitted on the premises without the express permission of the Event Promoter and the venue.
Latecomers will only be admitted into the venue at a suitable break in the performance and at the discretion of the Management.
Official merchandising shall only be on sale inside the venue.
Liability
Neither ticketSOUP.com™, the Event Promoter nor the venue operator will be responsible for any loss, damage, death or injury howsoever caused unless (i) the relevant party has breached its legal obligations; and (ii) such loss or damage is a direct and reasonably foreseeable result of the breach. Subject to the foregoing, with regard to personal property, brought to the venue, the liability of the relevant party shall be limited to the reasonable cost of either repairing or replacing such personal property, subject to fair wear and tear.
Privacy Customer details are managed in accordance with the ticketSOUP.com™ data protection policy a copy of which can be obtained from ticketSOUP.com™ at the registered office detailed above or via the Internet at www.ticketsoup.com™.
As filming and recording may be carried out at the venue from time to time the ticket holder consents to being included in such films and recordings and the use, reproduction, storage, distribution and broadcasting of such films and recordings (including any copies made) without payment.
The relevant United Kingdom law will apply to these Terms and Conditions and the relevant courts of the United Kingdom will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to the Terms and Conditions.
In the interest of comfort and safety, the ticket holder is asked to refrain from smoking within the venue.
