Please apply for your passes by completing and submitting Form 3 in the exhibitor manual or online via the exhibitor zone. The deadline for exhibitor passes is 4th September 2009

How do I get my company information in the Salon Catalogue?
All exhibitors are entitled to a FREE 50 word entry into the catalogue and show guide. Please fill out the Form 4 within your exhibitor manual or online via the exhibitor zone and return this to the address listed by 3rd August 2009
How do I get my company information on the Salon website?
Within the exhibitor pages of the Salon International site you are able to enter your company details – these will be used on the website exhibitor list only

When will I get my exhibitor manual?
The exhibitor manual should have been sent to you in July 2009, if you did not have your stand booked at this time your manual will arrive on receipt of a signed contract

Where can I find a copy of the floor plan?
A copy of the floor plan will be available on the Salon International website from the beginning of September 2009
Will food be available to exhibitors?
You can order food via two options, standard catering can be ordered from Creative Events or full hospitality can be arranged through Leith’s – please see your exhibitor manual for more details. Please Note: You are not allowed to bring your own food into ExCel without prior agreement

Can I get restocking goods delivered during the show?
Yes but only between 08.00 – 09.00 hours on the open days of the show.
Deliveries will not be accepted if the addressee is not available to sign for the goods.
